1  cup
2  cups
1/2  cup
2  cups
1/4  cup
1  tablespoon
1  pinch
1/8  teaspoon

Heat oven to 375
Oil bottom of medium to large pyrex
In a medium bowl, combine tomato sauce, water, spices, salt, pepper and some olive oil. Blend thouroughly.
Slice all the vegetables.
Layer the vegetables.
Halfway through evenly spread half of the tomato sauce mixture over the vegetables.
Finish layering and use the rest of the sauce.
Drizzle olive oil over it. Cover with foil
Bake at 375 for 45min to 1hr, uncover and lower to
Bake for another 20-30 min.
