Directions:  
mix ground beef, uncooked rice and spices. devain and cut cabbage leaves in half. put 1 tsp of beef mixture in leaf, roll and place in cassarole dish. Pour tomato sauce on top of cabbage rolls - add enough water to cover rolls. Place in 375 deg oven for approx 30-35 min. till rice and beef are cooked.
