heat grill on stove or use a fry pan.
Butter your two slices of bread.Place margarine side down.
place the chicken and sliced artichoke hearts on one slice of bread and grill it for about two min .
place top of bread on sandwich while it is grilling and then flip over the sandwich(gently) in about one min.grill other side of bread until it is brown,place on plate and serve with fresh fruit or salad.
