Directions:

boil the egg, cool, peel and slice, set aside (can make the day before)

heat a non-stick fry pan to medium heat

add the soup and water
4
cut the bread in half toast to golden
5
carefully place the sliced egg in the fry pan with the soup
6
spoon the soup over the egg to heat
8
ladle the egg and soup over the toast and serve hot

If you do not like mushrooms just make a roux (white sauce)
