Dissolve the better than bouillon in warm water.
Heat butter in sauce pan over med low heat. Add onions and cook until tender. Add the flour, stirring often to incorporate with the butter. Cook until mixture starts to turn golden brown.
Add the mixed bouillon 1/3 at a time to the sauce pan, stirring until smooth after each addition.
If gravy is too thin, mix 1 tsp corstarch with 1 tsp cold water, add in portions until gravy is at desired consistancy.
