put 1 Tbs. oil in pan, add diced onion and saute till tender.

then add tater tots or shredded hashbrowns. continue cooking for 3 minutes.

then add hotdog (I slice mine thin)
fry everything till the hotdogs are done as you like them...I like my brown.

scramble eggs, add pepper pour over the hotdogs and potatoes. Cook till the eggs are as you like them.
