Directions:  
Preheat oven 400 degrees F; spray large baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
Pour milk into a shallow bowl
combine bread crumbs, flour, salt and pepper in a shallow dish or bowl
Dip chicken in milk then bread crumb mixture
Place on baking sheet and drizzle with oil.
Bake 30 min. flip back an additional 15-20.
