Directions:  
open all the fruit and drain off juice.
pour in a large bowl and mix well then cut up bananas and add to fruit
then pour the juice concentrate (make sure it is thawed completely)
mix well and scoop into small container and freeze
remove from freezer and let set a few minutes to thaw just slightly
eat and enjoy!
