Ingredients:  Makes 6 servings
 
 
2  tablespoons
 
1-1/2  lb.
 
8  ounces
 
5-1/2  ounces
 
13  ounces
 
2  teaspoons
 
1  teaspoon
 
0.75  cup
 
 
10  ounces
 
1  cup
 
1/2  cup
 
1/3  cup
 
8  ounces

Directions:  
(1) Saute onion , garlic and mushrooms in oil.
(2) Stir in tomato paste , tomatoes ,1/2 salt, oregano,and water.
(3) Simmer for 15 minutes
(4) Combine egg, spinach , cottage cheese and parmesan cheese and remaining salt.
(5) Spread 1/3 of sauce in a 9"x 13" baking dsh. Cover with 1/3 of lasagna noodles.
(6)Alternate another 1/3 of sauce and lasagne noodles.
(7)Spread cottage cheese mixture over noodles.
(8) Spread remaining sauce over cottage cheese.
(9) Arrange mozzarella cheese on top.
(10) Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
