Directions:

In a small bowl mix lite mayonaise, lemon juice and dill. Set aside.

Lightly season Salmon Filets with freshly ground Salt and Pepper. Set aside.

Rinse first six ingredients thoroghly under running water. Pat dry, place in large bowl.

add peeled, sectioned clementine.

Turn oven on to broil.

Heat margarine spread and olive oil in non stick frying pan over medium heat, till bubbling.

Add Salmon to pan, skin side down. Cook 90 seconds each side to seal in juices.

Place pan with salmon under broiler 4 minutes, shake pan half way through.

Remove pan from oven, remove skin from salmon.

Split salad fixings into two separate bowls.

Place 1 Salmon filet on top of each bowl of greens.

Drizzle with Dill mixture.
