Directions:  
Preheat oven to 425 deg
mix egg and milk together to form drench
place french fried onions in zip lock bag and crush into powder
place pork chops into drench then coat with french fried onions
add oil to baking dish then place pork chops into pan bake for 10 minutes then turn and bake for an additional 10 minutes
