1-1/2  cups
1/2  cup
1/2  teaspoon
2  dashes
1  tablespoon

In a roaster pan, season pork steak with black pepper and salt.
add chopped green bell pepper and onions
add water
bake in oven preheated to 350 degrees
bake for approximately 1 hr and 15 minutes
in a bowl mix flour and gravy mix.
stir in 1/2 cup water into flour mixture
remove roaster pan and contents from oven and pour contents of bowl into roaster pan
mix well
return roaster pan to oven and bake for approximately 15 more minutes until gravy has reached desired consistency
remove from oven and serve over rice or potatoes
