Directions:  
Preheat oven to 450.

In small bowl stir sugar into flour, stir in heavy cream. Dough will be sticky, turn out onto floured surface, knead lightly for 30 secs.
roll out to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut with 2" cutter, gather scraps and knead 2 or 3 times cut remaining dough. Place rounds on lightly greased baking sheet and bake 10 mins. Split and serve with butter and preserves
