Directions:  
Boil potatoes while potatoes are cooking
saute onions and carrots in olive oil til tender
add ground turkey til brown
add frozen peas
when peas are thawed add 2 cans cream of celery soup, worcesteshire and soy sauce.
Drain potatoes and mash with sour cream, skim milk and salt to taste
pour turkey mixture into baking dish top with potatoes and sprinkle with swiss cheese
place in 350 degree oven til heated through and cheese melts
