Directions:  
mix first 4 ingredients. cut tofu into matchsticks and marinate in soy mix for at least an hour.
then, remove tofu from marinate, dust off pieces of garlic etc, and reserve. Dust tofu with sesame seeds and bake at 400c for 20 - 30 mins until seeds are toasted and brown
heat oil in a pan. add onion and sautee until tender. add veggies and stirfry 4 - 5 minutes. add reserved marinate and cook 2 - 3 minutes more
Meanwhile, cook and drain noodles. add to cooked veggies and toss to coat. serve with tofu and fresh cut cliantro.
