Directions:

bring 1 cup water to boil

add rice to water, lower heat and simmer 15-20minutes or untill water is absorped

cube tofu, pat dry with paper towel
4
heat olive oil
5
fry tofu till golden
6
add garlic, fry for 20 seconds
7
add green onions and soy sauce cook 20 seconds
8
add chili powder and paprika, cook till slightly burnt
9
serve over rice topped with sriracha
