blanch peppers for 5 min

saute with onion and garlic in oil for 5 min.

add ground beef and saute until cooked through adding mushrooms for the last 5 minutes.

prepare couscous according to directions

add couscous to ground beef and mix well

add almost half of sauce and mix well

pour about 1/2 cup of sauce on bottom of deep baking dish and place drained peppers in the dish

fill each pepper with mixture add remaining mix around the peppers and pour remaining sauce over all.

cover and bake in preheated 350 oven for 30-45 min. or until bubble hot.
