Directions:  
cook sausage in oil and crumble
add chopped onion
add chopped celery
sautee until translucent
add chopped apple
add butter and scrape pan
add dry stuffing mix and alternate with chicken stock
add enough chicken stock to just dampen all the mix
put in covered two quart oven proof dish and bake at 350 for an hour adding more stock as needed.
