Directions:  
First defrost turkey burger if frozen.
Wash kale and chop
Slice one carrot in 1/4 inch pieces
Slice one celery into 1/4 inch pieces

Put in saute pan with 1/2 cup chicken broth. Sprinkle generously with garlic powder, black pepper and a dash of red pepper.

Cover and reduce until kale is wilted.

Remove, put in bowl and set aside.

Spray pan with olive oil.

Sprinkle turkey burger with garlic and pepper and red pepper.
Cook until done (about 5 - 7 minutes)

Place burger on kale mixture.
