1.Combine eggs and milk. Beat well.
2. Pour egg mixture into non-stick omelette pan or skillet.
3. Chop all vegetables.
4. Add chopped vegetables and cheese.
5 . Cook on medium heat until egg begins to bubble.
6. Fold over half of egg to coverveggies and cheese.
7 .Flip egg over and cook for an additional 3 to 5 minutes or until egg is cooked through.
