Description: a salad my grammy used to make, I'm wondering how healthy it really is. I always assumed it to be super healthy because it's spinach, but now that I'm paying attention, I wonder.

Ingredients:  Makes 5 servings (5 cups)

Directions:  
Cut 2 slices of bacon into 1/2 inch pieces. Fry them.
Once the bacon is about halfway done, add 1/3 cup diced onions, and continue to fry.
Once the onion is about halfway done, add the spinach leaves, turning regularly to coat in bacon grease.
Add 1 T vinegar, 2 T brown sugar and stir to coat entirely.

Salt and pepper to taste.
