well i guess the scale doesnt lie cause it says 187.6....about 7 pounds lost. I dont see it yet but i will... i still need to incorperate some exercise but im getting there once i get to 180 thats when i know something is working. softball season coming im going to get some physical activity as of the start of march .... so wish me luck

everythings is working out...eating right is coming easier , so is drinking more water, all i need to do is start exercise to speed up my progress. so far 3 lbs

Been eating smaller meals, more salad, more fruits and veggies, no more sugar cravings....only been like 2 days but ive lost 1 pound so something is working
