I've decided on my goal. If I lose 1-2 lbs per week- including over the holidays! - I should be able to hit my goal by April 1. I've been doing well this week, and honestly it is largely because of FitClick! Yesterday I ate very healthfully and at dinner, when we got a cheap large pizza, I went without that third slice (I wasn't even hungry) because I was able to enter my calories-so-far into FitClick first. So I was doing the math today, for the first time for real, to figure out just how much weight I gained during the 3 months of study for the bar exam. I didn't think it was that much, after all I don't think I look THAT different than I did prior to the bar. Sure, I can only squeeze into one pair of jeans anymore and even those are painfully tight and uncomfortable, and maybe yeah even my shoes are a little tighter than they used to be. Hi, FitClick community!
I'm starting this profile/blog to create some degree of accountability for myself in anticipation of trying to get fit for my wedding next year.
Megg2003 and I are going to be running the Disney Princess half marathon in Orlando, FL on Feb. 27, 2011 and we hope to use FitClick to track our progress as we train and start shedding pounds!
