ERRRRRR!!! All these skinny minis are fusing because they only lost 3 or 4 pounds and here I am "elephant girl" who only lost 1.6 pounds in a week! HEY SKINNY GIRLS.........GO EAT A DONUT!!!

So I spent the weekend at the river. Rafting and stuff. Didn't eat much but drank the heck out of Gatorade. Figured I lost weight but ended up gaining a few pounds!!!!! Going to start the soup diet today. I LOVE this diet. I could eat fresh fruit all day long!!! Oh well lets see how it goes!

Lost another pound!! I am splurging a little this morning though, had to have my Weekly Starbucks, but got the smaller size. Ive always heard that if you are craving something dont deprive just have a very small portion. I probably will not even drink the whole thing. Its just nice to have my "its finally Friday" treat.

Yesterday was great lost 2 pounds and I got to eat a steak! (My favorite food in the world!) Today I ate Sushi (yummmmm) I love the way counting calories makes you look at your food and the portions. Realized today that I am not eating near as much as I was, portion size that is, and still getting satisfied. Maybe I can loose 2 more pounds today. (Wishful Thinking!)

So I splurged this weekend and didnt count any calories. Didn't eat very much though. We had our first weigh in at work today and I fell right in the middle of the group. Hope to keep taking off a little at a time.
