Well working out did not go as well as I would have like today. I am proud that I got off my butt and did at least some of it. I can't believe how excited I am at the thought of all this and yet so lazy about doing it. It takes a lot of motivating to get my butt in gear to follow through with this. I have to give a TON of respect to those of you that have been at this for along time now. If you have any secrets you would like to share please please please do so.

I was lucky most of my life when it came to my weight at least. Once I stopped growing I weighted around 115lbs and I didn't have to watch what I ate or exercise to stay around that. 9 months ago I decided wanted to be more healthy so I quit smoking!!! Yeah for me right? No! Not only was that hell to do and go through, I also put on about 31lbs!
