Today is the first day on my fitness journey. Hopefully I will be able to fulfill my goal of losing 15 lbs by the end of March. I have started tracking my meals and calories which I never did before, but hope this helps me in getting the weight off. Also, I plan to accomplish losing inches from my waist, abdomen and hips.
