So I'm starting my workout plan again tomorrow. I started two months ago. I invested in a trainer, worked out 6 days a week and all. All of a sudden, I fell into a depression and there goes my working out. I was going hard for a month and now I have been sitting in my big behind for a month.
I'm getting married on June 24 and I would like to lose at least 15-20 pounds. I know what it takes to do this because when I was working out, I lost three...
