There's a difference! On April 4th, I started my new diet and workout plan and after only 5 days, I can feel a difference! I've been doing Jillian Michaels' 30-day Shred for my workout and boy, is it tough! I've been waking up at 5 in the morning to do it before school everyday since the 4th. But even though it's been only 5 days, I can feel it working! My arms... they have muscle now! I flexed my arm and the muscle felt so hard compared to before ...

Ok, well, April 4 is my first day of my new workout and diet plan. Its been a while since I last logged in here by the way. Well, my goal is to lose about 75 lbs. I want to experience something new-- and that's to be healthier. I've been round my entire life so I don't know what it's really like to be "in shape". So, I want to give it my all. I'm going to be going to college in about 6 months to major in Baking and Pastry...
