Okay, SO I am 19 years old. I have an 8 month old daughter. I of course put on weight from being pregnant, and had a C-section so nothing has gone back into place. I am 5'7 and weigh 223 pounds. I joined a gym two days ago, went both days and I love it. Just not sure if I am doing the right thing to lose the weight? If anyone has a suggestion on how to lose weight the fastest while at the gym let me know!! I would like to lose 40 pounds. Even though 180 is heavy to some ...
