Ok so I finally decided to make another attempt at working out.... I have been able to consistanlty workout for 2-3 weeks but then I hit a wall, like my knee hirting , or a pain or tight muscles...... some excuse that will let me fall,... NO! Jump OFF the band wagon
I have started out really well, with my ear to my body. I think I wasn't listening to my body as much and therefore I pushed it too hard.. so we will see what happens now ... 280lbs is my starting wt ....let's se...
