Happy 2014 everyone!!!, So hoping like lots of people to get a good jump on my fitness and diet, I would like to lose around twenty pounds before summer to be healthier and happier. This is going to be a challenge for me as I am a mother of two girls one thirteen and one five and a college student heading for a hopeful nursing degree.
