I am not very motivated right now. It was raining out, then turned to snow.
I'm tired and wanna go home.
Lunch wasn't too bad. Ate my hummus and rice crackers, apple and 1/2 cup rice.
Why am I always so hard on myself?
Time to be gentle but persistent.

I love my popcorn. I want to call it the "popcorn diet". Not the healthiest however.
Fixing to make some oatmeal cookies today. Found a couple of really good recipies on this site. It has been a bit of a challenge to merge this with my WW program.

Well, I missed my blog yesterday.
I was "over" in my calories, but it wasn't by much.
Went out for dinner, found a Won Ton soup with so many vegetables! It was great.
Feeling tired today, TGIF.

Yay! I made it through one day on program. I always say to myself, "If I can make it through one day, I can make it through two days".

I let er rip for 3-4 wks and have 6 lbs to show for it.
I prefer to keep my BMI within the "normal" range. For several reasons.
1. 6 months from now I will receive a cheque for $100. A small motivator, but motivator nonetheless.
2. To reduce heart problem risk.
3. And of course, vanity.
I prefer not to have too much junk in my trunk, if ya know what I mean.
