great work out! Yes tonight I made it to the gym and did a great hour fast pace walk. Plus afterwards I did 30 pushups! Tired, but really feeling good!

ok, so the site is giving me some problems. But I refuse to let this stop me. Back to work today and did an almost 11 hour day, so I did not make it to the gym. But I did come home and I got on my stair stepper here and did a 20 min workout, plus 20 push ups. I am going to try and figure out the calorie counter. I am having problems with that also. Could of course just be me. I do wish I could find someone else out there who has Celiac so...

ok, so I discovered this site yesterday as I was waiting for my plane. So today I've spent about 3 hours researching this site and feel it could be a good fit for me. The only thing I couldn't find was a gluten free diet. So if there is anyone else out there who has to live this life style I would love to hear from you. No matter where I look, I am unable to find any help in this area. So if anyone is out there, please contact me I would love the help....Pearl...
