So I wasn't exactly taim today either. I did well with excercise and diet for the most part yesterday but today I looked at the pretzels with cheese at work and I gave in. I took my 2 year old to dance class tonight and I don't like the way I look in that wall covered with mirrors!!!

So I was unsuccessful at actually starting my diet and exercise plan last week but, I did start this morning. I have decided I have a love hate relationship with Jillian Michaels! I hate her right now after doing the "No More Trouble Zones" workout but I just might love her in about 6 months!! Just had my protein shake. I'm of to take my shower then to work for the day.

So today is the day I start my weight loss challenge again. I was doing really well for several months then fell off the wagon. It is going to be hard especially since I have the apple pean cheesecake I made for Thanksgiving in the fridge. I could use some encouragement .
