So today is the first day of my new, healthy life. I have done some things so far like cutting out my regular soda intake and bringing it down from 72 oz of regular soda to 24 oz or less of diet soda. I have also cut back on the snacking. I am getting better at eating breakfast and getting better with my protion control. I WILL NOT GIVE UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is my vow to get healthier so I can be happy with myself as a person.
