I started my diet February 24th. I have bad and good days. I have lost four pounds so far. My treadmill is acting up. I don't think its use to being used so much.(between my bf and I) I didn't have any healthy meals yesterday. I babysat all day long. It's so hard to eat healthy whenever I'm feeding the kids chicken nuggets and cheese puffs. Also, I had Buffalo Wind Wings for dinner. Todays a new day.
