i'm thinking of starting some 30 day challenges to see what it does and the results. i'm going to do three of them the Tricep dips, abs, and squats do you think this will be to much just to start back into working out any comments will help

I'm trying to find a good meal plan to help me to loose wait but on top of it help me gain mucles I love to eat and its hard for me to get full. Plus I'm trying to get back into working out but I don't have a barbell I only have the singal waits. Help please
