Hey I see you did chin ups on the gravitron today - way to go! Have you ever considered doing them with a band on the regular chin up bars? I switched to that a couple of months ago and I notice it works my abs a LOT more and my strength is increasing faster. I didn't buy fancy chin-up bands, just use regular resistance exercise bands - the kind with the handles. I put the handles over the bars and put my knee or foot into the band and then bang them out. Start with more lbs of resistance and move to lighter resistance bands as you get stronger. Just a suggestion...

PS- I'm having trouble tracking exercise the couple times I have done it. Any tricks to filling it out?

I have lost 5lbs now after 2 weeks but I already feel like I'm going into a stand still as far as the weight moving. I only exercise around the hospital while I work (walking all around). I should have more than 2 weeks work of weight to loose before I really should exercise. It may be the week before my period so I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it. Any suggestions and/or tips for exercising (it's so hot here in Florida to be outside for very long and I can't afford a gym membership at this time)? Hope you're having a great day.

Thank you!! I lost an additional 3 the past week so I am at a total of 5lbs now! Only 45lbs more to go!!

Last wk disapointed me no change in my stats aminor upswing in wt but expect some minor changes. Hope for improvments this wk

  •        Well havee not gained wieght but only a small amt has come off  so cant complain too much my usual goal for the holidays is to maintain and not gain and being the week it is! It is strange not alot of choclate at work this year that may have helped also I even have been giving oranges instead

    try doing the sit ups and crunches on one of the balls I had a cracked tailbone and that helped me

    I have found going to the gm hard at times but mine is co-ed so I can check out the others while im doing my tredmill and eliptical that helps brake up the bordum as to getting the gear to the gym I load it into the car when I go to work inthe morning so that excuse is not going to happen even if its 2 1/2 blks from my house
