Hey I see you did chin ups on the gravitron today - way to go! Have you ever considered doing them with a band on the regular chin up bars? I switched to that a couple of months ago and I notice it works my abs a LOT more and my strength is increasing faster. I didn't buy fancy chin-up bands, just use regular resistance exercise bands - the kind with the handles. I put the handles over the bars and put my knee or foot into the band and then bang them out. Start with more lbs of resistance and move to lighter resistance bands as you get stronger. Just a suggestion...
