1700 calories!! Whoa!!

I entered what i ate yesterday in the diet tracker and to my amazement i ate over 1700 calories. I lost weight before just by eating between 1200-1500 calories per day with light exercise. i plan to do the same thing this time and when i plateau i will take my weight loss journey one step further.
