I don't know about you, but staying on a decent schedule drinking good ole' H2O becomes somewhat difficult during the weekend. I'm not really solid with the calorie counter on the weekends (and since I'm really not that overweight I'm not too aggressive... but still those last 10 lbs or so aren't going away... but i digress...) but I think I'm worst at drinking water. I found myself sitting on the couch as my kids we're finishing up their nap last sunday afternoon having taken in ZERO ounces of water all day. Now, don't be too concerned, I wasn't going to die of dehydration. I had enjoyed orange juice, a skim vanilla latte and a diet coke, but water was completely missed. And this is a fairly regular occurrence on the weekend that I need to address. During work it's quite easy to stay on top of it, but it seems to slip away from me on the weekends.
So, to all you FitClicker's out there enjoying your free diet plan, be sure to drink that water -- not only will it fill you up, but it will stop you from pounding sodas and pop all day.
