new to this I wish to tell you a little about me. I have been trying to create my own diet with the guide lines my doctor and clinic staff have made. They gave me the amout of cal per day and free lectures as well as monitor my health and weight. This is partly due to the fact that Iam diabetic. Non insulin dependant.I try to eat 8 times a day.But that is a lot of time to spend eating! Really never thought Id say that but Iam not hungry that many times on most days. The idea is to eat that many times so I dont over eat.I wont be so hungry feeling and when I am not hungry I wont over eat. Makes sense too!
Well Iam also a mom of an 8yr old son,married to my husband who does not have a weight problem. Never has but is supportive of my plans. Even my son too! Problem is they seem to remind me when Iam going to cheat or already have and I feel angry(guilt) that I was caught .
The best thing about me is my procastination . So Iam trying to create my own diet . Thinking at least I made it it should be better as I created it. Anyway I would like to have a partner work with me who also seeks a buddy to share the ups and downs of becomming a heathier thinner women/man. Zippy
