Thanks Tim...I have started to use a Routine called " A New Me " on my off days with a Trainer. Went to the Gym from 8:00am to 9:45am...Gotta get to work by 10:30 YIKES !! Im still looking for a good meal plan for me...I do a Banana-Oats protein shake for Breakfast and then a Muscle Milk Shake for a Post workout.. From Lunch on is always my problem.
