Got another workout today. Didn't get there till around 10:30 at night. Put in around 27 minutes of cardio with with elliptical machine and the stationary bike. The legs and lower back also got a pretty good workout. Feels weird when I'm use to squatting 450 lbs and having to leg press 650 that I'm having problems doing a set of 75 lbs 5 times. But I guess that's part of getting back in shape. Don't want to take things too fast because I don't want to hurt myself, but at the same token...it's depressing to be doing the weights that I'm able to do right now.
