Day 1 here we go!!!!

Today is Day one in my journey.  I am starting to work out because i  want to lose the baby weight i have held on to for the past 2 years since i gave birth to my daughter.  my goal weight is 130 which means i need to lose about 30 lbs i am in no major hurry like it has to be done by a certain date but i would love to have the weight off by this time next year.  I am trying to eat healthier and working on a toning workout to start i don't really look heavy but i feel it I am wanting to gain more energy and of course tone up that pesky belly that sitting at home and giving birth gave me.  I am a Stay at Home Mom(SAHM)  so you would think i have all the time in the world but if you have ever been a SAHM you know that finding time for yourself is harder then it seems.  My hubby works nights so sleeps all day and my daughter has so much energy that she doesn't usually sleep more then an hour durring which time i am trying to get things done like paying the bills and cleaning.  I don't mean to complain but my hubby isn't much help he works 5 days on 2 days off 5 on 3 off and his days off all he wants to do is sit and watch tv he doesn't want to go do anything because he is tired and on the road as a truck driver all the time he wants to be at home I on the other hand tend to spend most days in the house and want to get out once in a while.  well time to head out and see what can be done with my little girl in tow paying bills and maybe a stop at the library woo hoo!!!!!
