The Beginning

Today marks day 3 of keeping track and watching my calories, but also of my new motivation to get this weight off. I have been struggling for years and have lost 15 pounds, but i still have about 16 more to go. Mom is such an inspiration for me, she has only been training since about march but she looks great and has great tone already. Thats what I want, where I want to be. I have a new focus, myself; and I have learned that its ok to be selfish sometimes if it means that I am doing my body well. My hope is that if I take care of my body now, it will repay me later on.
I was a little frustrated working out today; my cardio has taken a big hit with this most recent knee issue, but I am hoping that I can work through it and get my cardio back to where it was prior to all of this occurring. I see Dean tomorrow and I am so excited, its been almost a month since I have had a training apt and I need one right now, not only for motivation, but to have that 1 hour a week where I focus on me.
