Help a girl out,
I'm a 36yr old mom of 3 who has had 2 back surgeries. Needless to say things are not like they were. My doc has cleared for the gym and I am ready, but need tips on strengthen my core, leggs, and butt. I am playing with the workout app, but haven't done any yet. Any suggestions?
