Hey y'all. This is my first blog entry, so I'm not really sure what to write. I am 40 and suffer with Fibromyalgia. My husband and I just last week signed up with a local gym to get our weight and health issues under control. We are both blessed to have a fabulous, down-to-nuts and bolts personal trainer who is working with us on our goals. On a personal note, we live in Florida and have been here for 5 years. We are owned by three cats, one of which is occupying my lap as I type. I'm a bit of a computer geek. I play World of Warcraft, the Sims 3, and lots of Facebook applications. Yesterday was our last day with Drew, our trainer, for a few weeks, until we need a boost in inspiration. He was able to show us some corrective exercises which of course are helpful and very doable. I wasn't expecting to hurt quite this much today, though, so we took a day off from the gym today. Tomorrow is right back to plan... cardio and strength training. I'm pressed for time so I'll get back to this tomorrow. Until then... ciao!
