This is my third day tracking my diet. I've been eating so many crappy fatty foods and yet my bmr still leaves me in negative calories which means I'll still lose weight. either way I'd like to start eating healthier. I used to eat healthy foods before I got pregnant and the pregnancy gave way to more fattier foods. and since I've given birth (7 months ago) I'm still eating fatty foods. so I have to say good-bye to that nastyness and go back to eating my fruits. oh fruits how I missed you so.
oh and I've got to add, I've been doing the work-outs which arent alot to begin with and I'm soooo sore. I feel like its actually gonna work and hopefully transform my body to a sexy beast ;)
