Beyond the Half Marathon

I completed my second half-marathon on Sunday.  This time, I did it alone, with my family waiting for me at the finish line.  It was amazing...a beautiful run.  The feeling of accomplishment cannot be beat by anything.  Actually, it's probably on par with reaching my goal weight.  I am SO determined to do so in the 17 days before my vacation!  Wish me plan is to keep under 1500 calories/day and do AM and PM workouts.  Weights every other day, and high intensity cardio on the odd days.  Here we go!
