I ate better today. Had too much fat, but I met my protein goals. I was also able to add a bit of fiber to my diet.

Work out was great. I did a boot camp cardio and I really liked it. I was red faced for a half an hour afterwards.  My whole body is tired and my arms are truly sore from the upper body workout yesturday.

This is where I am going to have to persevier. I'm sore so I'm going to want to take a day off, but I need to keep going. Tomorrow I'm going to do the lower body work out and the ab work out.

I have to do this. I have two beautiful girls that I need to set an example for.
